I started out in the Real Estate Industry after college in 2000 managing UW Campus area properties in downtown Madison, WI. I’ve spent the last 15 years mixing 100-year-old buildings and college-aged tenants. I have literally “seen it all.” In addition to managing 700+ tenants annually, I have successfully navigated my way through 100s of property sales, purchases, closings, emergency repairs, large scale remodeling projects, cost saving budgets, contractors, etc. More importantly, I have dealt with thousands of clients and Real Estate Professionals from all sorts of backgrounds.
